Mortgage Services of America specializes in unique loans for residential, construction, mixed use, commercial, multi-family, hotels, and unique properties.  We offer private and institutional lending.  Unique lending is our specialty.  We fund loans from $50,000 to $5,000,000 (higher on a case -by-case basis). The documentation is streamlined, fast, and simple.
